There is a popular belief country-wide that the reputation of an institution is  one factor of utmost importance when it comes to  students getting jobs at reputable organizations across the world. This fact was discussed at a Campus Conversations session conducted at the SZABIST University. Present alongside eminent members of Pakistan’s IT industry, a room full of third and fourth year students at SZABIST talked on the need to ‘Sync or Swim,’ discussing ways in which they could ready themselves as per what is sought for in incumbents, by recruiters today.

 

The session was attended by Aftab Nehal, the Head of IT at IFFCO, Ammar Bin Mujeeb from Dubai Islamic Bank, Furqan Azeem the CIO of Dawlance, Kabeer Farooqi the Regional Manager of PSEB and Rabia Nizami the Solutions Manager at Nokia.
