Ever wondered who the World’s Smallest Woman is? We know!

This is a strange question but do you know who is the world's smallest woman? Until a couple of weeks ago it was the 22-year-old American Bridgette Jordan who measured 2ft 3inch (~68.5 centimeters) but the title was overtaken by Jyoti Amge from India almost a fortnight ago as she turned 18.

Jyoti Amge (born December 16, 1993), a resident of Nagpur, India, is currently the world's smallest woman according to the Limca Book of Records and Guinness Book of Records.

As of December 16, 2011 she has been officially declared the World's smallest woman by Guinness Book of Records with a height of 62.8 cm. Her restricted height is due to a growth anomaly called achondroplasia.

Not only does she have her own small desk and chair at school but she also has to sleep in a specially-made bed and uses utensils that are smaller than average. Jyoti is set to appear in two Bollywood films next year.
